Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is this therapy or counseling?

No. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. This is a peer-to-peer support space led by someone who has lived through abuse, trauma, and emotional healing. These sessions are meant to provide encouragement, clarity, and a safe space for you to be heard.

2. What happens during a session?

Each session is a private, one-on-one conversation held over Zoom or phone. You'll have the space to talk about what you’ve been through, ask questions, or simply be heard. I’ll offer insights, emotional support, and tips based on my own journey.

3. How long is each session?

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes. Longer sessions may be available upon request. If you feel you need ongoing support, we can discuss a plan that works best for you.

4. What kind of topics can we discuss?

You can talk about anything related to emotional abuse, narcissistic relationships, trauma recovery, boundaries, self-worth, or starting over. If you're unsure how to begin, that’s okay—I’ll help guide the conversation.

5. Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything we discuss is held in the strictest confidence. This is a safe, sacred space.

6. Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

Not at all. Come as you are. If there’s something specific on your heart, you can write it down beforehand, but there’s no pressure to prepare anything. This is about you, in your own time.

7. How do I book a session?

Simply scroll up and click the “Book Your Session” button. You’ll be guided to choose a time and complete your payment securely.

Let me know if you'd like a separate package for multiple sessions, or if you’d like a disclaimer or legal line at the bottom for clarity.
